On September 30, 2005, MENCK successfully passed the re-certification audit acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 with its MENCK Quality Management System. Click here to download a copy of the certificate (in PDF format).
For two days, the legitimized auditor of the TÜV Rheinland Group (Member of the certification body TÜV CERT Germany) assessed the conformity of the MENCK quality management system relating to the requirements of ISO 9001. Afterwards, he confirmed that MENCK will maintain the ISO 9001 certification for another three years.
The MENCK QM System is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 since October 2002 and has continuously being improved since then. This is why the auditor of the TÜV Rheinland Group several times complimented the high standard and stage of maturity of the MENCK QM System which has now, after run-off of the 3-year-valid certificate, dated 2002, been re-certified until 2008. The development of the QM System will be observed by the auditors of the TÜV Rheinland Group during this period in annual intermediate audits as it has been observed during the past three years.
Customer orientation which is targeted in the MENCK philosophy is successfully implemented and permanently consolidated by means of the MENCK Quality Management System, based on ISO 9001.
