06-12-06

MENCK has been involved in the first two Asian deepwater developments, the West Seno TLP (1,025 m water depth) in 2002 and now the Kikeh SPAR (1,344 m).

At Kikeh, a total of fourteen piles were driven to design penetration in an astounding net-driving time of 21:08 hrs.

MENCK’s submersible power pack (MUP) eliminates the need for long hydraulic hoses, allowing easy and dependable operation in water depths exceeding 2,000 m, delivering reliable and economical anchor solutions at the highest HSE levels.
