MENCK has a process guiding us from idea to product and finally to market. We organize hundreds of new ideas, analyzing the feasibility and practicality of each and then setting them into a project timeline to be developed.

Integral to this process is our relationship with our partners; customers, suppliers and research institutes. It is important that we have a continuous dialogue with our partners to develop long lasting solutions.

Our workflow has to be seamless with the rest of the larger construction project. We work with our customers, develop new product innovations and processes to improve our on the job efficiency.

We work with top notch suppliers specializing in their field. They offer insight and new ideas to our projects. In collaboration we define specific parameters for the design and production of our new products.
