MENCK’s big machines are set in some of the most unfriendly environments imaginable. The stress of offshore life: salt water, storms, extreme temperature leaves no room for error. Our products have to perform, be reliable and still take a beating.

 

Using CAD software Pro Engineer our products are designed in-house. With unprecedented know how and technical experience, our engineering designers create high quality product designs ready for production when the drawing leaves our building. MENCK holds itself to the highest quality standards for product safety, machine guidelines (CE mark), noise guidelines (LWL-label) and more.

 

MENCK’s core design competencies can be broken down into three areas.

 

1. Welding construction

  • Complex structures such as hammer housings, pile sleeves and MUP chassis
  • Special containers such as hydraulic power packs, compressors, and operator cabins
  • Winches for umbilical and hydraulic hoses
  • Transport frames, handling tools and assembly tools

2 . Forged and cast parts - highly optimized for performance under extreme conditions.

 

3. Turned and milled parts for complex designs such as hydraulic valves, gas shock absorbers and hydraulic manifolds.
