Technical Editor (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating manuals and electronic component catalogues for customised machinery (hydraulic equipment and electronic control units) – in English and German
• Ensure efficient implementation of documentation projects
• Apply relevant standards, regulations and statutory provisions
• Contribute to ongoing development of tools and processes in the field of technical documentation

Profile:

• Technical editor with demonstrable work experience and a proven track record in preparing documentation for technical products, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering
• Excellent understanding of technical matters and finely honed writing skills, with the ability to convey highly complex issues in a precise and intelligible manner
• Proficiency in editing applications such as Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
• Creativity and well-developed communication skills
